Rittenhouses defense showed a picture of Rittenhouse on the ground as one man appeared to kick Rittenhouse while Huber appeared to be rushing in from behind. Gaige Grosskreutz was shot in the arm after faking a surrender then raising a handgun towards Rittenhouses head.

He has a criminal record for burglary and is allegedly a member of the Peoples Revolution Movement of Milwaukee a radical left-wing group.
